I didn't ask for the commands, I already have them.

I was asking for item IDs or something to wear other than the default items.

Create and equip player with chosen full armor set: <race (fyros/matis/zorai/tryker)> <type (light/medium/heavy)> <quality>

It always says error trying to create items...

That's not special GM or DEV items, you just need to create them...

There is a tutorial to do that.

There is an excellent tutorial on how to create items like amor. AddingGameEntities, also available in the wiki.
This is what you need to equip your char with new items.

I guess I worded it wrong, I did the set skills to max value and it did like a bunch of effects.
