NPC and Quartering Error :(

when I try to buy something from some NPC does not appear the items for sale. gotta take a step forward to show the items. And error in Quartering:

what do I do?

What client version are you using ?

This bug has been fixed before this version.

Could you recompile yourself the client ?

ok .. I am compiling the newest version that is in the source repository!
