[Solved]newbieland.land is missing?

I'm trying to open newbieland.worldedit using the NeL World Editor and it keeps showing up the error below.

I already did a search for the file newbieland.land and nothing is coming up.

Where can I find this?

I used to have the file, but now it is missing.

How can I recover it?

hg status and see if you changed/deleted it. If you changed it you could hg revert it or if it is simply missing you could hg pull to refresh your local repository.

The file is no longer in the web repository, I went over the folders and I can't find it either.

I did hg pull and the file is still missing.
hg status doesnt show that I changed/edited/deleted the missing file.
