Running State offlline?

I compiling NEL, NELSL, SERVER, CLIENT AND TOOL no erros, Server Start with no erros too, Admintools works too but i see in admintools is Running state offline whats up?

My Server Works fine, and now i will create my dream ^~. This game is my dream.
Before create a new post i will read all topics for update my expirience.
