my_project.ttf not found!

Friends,
I changed everything about the source client-related ryzom.ttf to my_project.ttf...
i uncompressed all files .bnp, I entered in the fonts folder, put my_project.ttf in fonts folder, compress all. bnp, i copied to the client test all .bnp .. says he can not find patch to my_project.ttf
what do I do?

sorry, I solve that ... I noticed that the fonts folder is separated from .bnp and distinct in client data folder

Yes, it's a special case because freetype cannot read font inside .bnp.
