How do I run the server?

hi, I've compiled the 39 projects for the server successfully, but how do i run the server? Which files will i need if i'm copying the files into a folder and copying the folder to my server. What files would i need for the server to run?

Oh my server is Windows Server 2003.

I've done everything setting everything up, with alot of thanks to Molator. But when I come to run the server, it gives me these errors:
