Error in coneccion

Hello I am making an even server of ryzom for tests and when login the client with the server (local server) throws east error to me:

I need to know as I can give permissions him so that it can enter the game

Change the permission of code/ryzom/tools/server/www.
The apache user doesn't have the permission.

there is some file especially? because config.php does not solve anything
