what is this file and how do I edit it?

how can I create a new sheet_id.bin for my client and common folder?

visual_slot.tab is created by make_sheet_id, it's defining slot id <=> sheet id relation.

Server (EGS) and client should have an identical visual_slot.tab

how can I create a new sheet_id.bin and a new visual_slot.tab?

You just need to execute make_sheet_id
