TortoiseHG?

I'm probably missing something pretty obvious, but I can't figure out how to start toroisehg. There's no button to press in the startup menu. And I went into the folder and tried each application, I couldn't get to the image shown in Getting Source. Sorry for this terrible question, and thanks if you help.
Right click on the empty folder where you want to download the source.
Then "Clone", fill the url input and validate.
