Getting server up and running for testing - Some issues.

The server setup wiki isn't very helpful mostly because it's not very in-depth. I'm trying to set up a basic server so I can fiddle around with the game using the pre-compiled stuff, but am having issues even connecting to the server. When I attempt to connect after starting the server, it gives me "Error: the log-in server is in maintenance, please try later (3003)"

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

It may be the fact that I've slept a total of 8 hours in the last 48, but I can't seem to find a ryzom.sql file to replace in any of my ryzom folders. Looking at the file itself, it's supposed to go in the server's folder - But where?
