Will binaries of Tools, server and client be made available for download?

As per subject.... ;)

I don't have a full version of VS for instance, so I won't be able to build the Tools.

I take it that if you have the binaries for the Tools, server and client, you will be able to use the editor to create a world and make it available for play?

Yes in the neat future they will be. I'm sure 1-2 people will make a Wikipage where we can have a list of people who have compiled and hosting such bins on it. Many projects do it though there could always be a risk of course.

But once it happens it should be on the wiki.
