Create a Suggestions/Requests forum section

Would it be possible to have a forum section created that will be dedicated to suggeestions or requests ? It would make it a lot easier for the community to read the "Open discussion" section and to those that want to have a look at what is being suggested.

Inside that forum section, there should be a sticky thread with a status of current suggestions/requests being looked at/worked on.

After all we don't want people to suggest something that has already been suggested (and got canceled).

Which sort of suggestion are you talking about?

Sometime suggestions/request can be a special category in the issue tracker.

I did not know the issue tracker could be used for suggestions. I thought it was only for problems.

In that case, there are bound to be silly requests to be made in the issue tracker. That is why I wanted to have a special forum section created to filter out all the silly requests and the special forum section for official requests that everyone can see its progress.

Ok, we prefer to use a tool used for that where you can comment, vote...
