Coming release of 0.8.0

Hey all,

Just a heads up that I'll be doing some final issue cleanup tonight (9:00pm CDT) and then tagging 0.8.0-RC1 in Hg. We'll leave the code "stale" (meaning no significant updates in 'default') for approximately a week and then upload new VMs and Windows folders for common consumption.

If there are any concerns (timing, existing bugs...) please let us know here or on IRC.

Just an FYI the 0.8.0 roadmap is closed and Hg has tagged ryzomcore_0_8_0.

If any critical bugs arise between now and 3/25/2011 we will re-tag 0.8.1.

I just remembered we forgot to change the version in sources :(

Perhaps could we put 0.8.0 instead of 0.7.0 (this is the current version) ?

After 0.8.0 version is really done, we could change it to 0.9.0 for next trunk/head/master branch.
