Notice: Big repository changes! Read this and merge as soon as possible!

Hey everyone,

A few of us develop on both Windows and Linux and the more I develop on Linux using vi the more frustrated I've become with the CRLF/LF mix-ups that get into my source. I took the bold move of enabling the EOL extension in Hg and I really want the rest of you to do so as well.
