Build Failed - Debian 5.0.4

Added by whild over 8 years ago

So this is my first attempt at compiling this stuff.

My $HOME is /home/nevrax
uname info: Linux s1.mereinsanity.com 2.6.21.7-2.fc8xen-ec2-v1.0 #2 SMP Tue Sep 1 10:04:29 EDT 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
Debian 5.0.4

I'm doing this on a medium aws instance

I am including my make all error file as a tgz file.

The issue is, following the linux build wiki, the build bombs out with "BUILD RYZOM FAILED"
Any help would be appreciated.

make_all_error.log.tar.gz - Make Error Log (18.4 kB)

I have a similar issue on Ubuntu 9.10. I am still compiling on my Debian box (it is old and slow) but I am expecting to see a similar result. I have attached my error log also for comparison.

make_all_error_spynaltom.log - Make error log Ubuntu 9.10 (4.6 MB)

I just successfully compiled on an Ubuntu 9.10 server. The latest release seems to have corrected this issue. I will try my Debian 5.x server today after a rebuild.

I updated the source tree, and I am now at the "*********************** UPDATE RYZOM MAKEFILE SUCCESS !" point.
