It is Correct?

I Click in Left Button of Mouse and select, appears it:

I get this too, on Windows 7 Pro. Not sure what's causing it. Minimize/maximize (or resize) the main window to clear it.

I also get this annoying as hell graphic glitches on Windows 7

Turning off Aero (or swtich to classic theme) should fix this problem.

Seems a bug related to Windows 7.
If someone knows enough MFC/win32 to fix it, it'll be great.
