MaxScript Paused at Line 457 when convert asset

Autodesk 3ds Max 2010 32 bit, following article http://dev.ryzom.com/wiki/ryzom/Convertingryzom_assetsDatabase, but script paused because "unknown system exception", and max popup the maxscript editor tool showing that it stopped at line 457 

 if loadMaxFile file quiet:true == true then

Same problem for me !! MAX 9 demo and windows 7 pro !!
