To build it, use WITH_NEL_TOOLS=ON with CMake.
You will need the MFC.

Hi molator and thanks for your reply,
but I posted it in the 'Gnu/Linux' section so I thought maybe someone found out how to make it. I read the wikis, and it says "The major current drawback is that the tools only works on Windows." Thanks for any other help :)

Yeah sorry.

World Editor is windows native.
Some volunteers are creating new tools.
But no World Editor QT yet.
