Feedback on new Race-based Animations

Following the implementation of the new race-based animations, we'd like to continue the discussion on this topic here in this feedback thread.

A relevant news article from Nevrax is now available over at the official website: http://www.ryzom.com/?page=news&id=1242

Re: Feedback on new Race-based Animations

I generally like the new sit animations, except the Fyros Male, which is too tame.

As a Tryker Male I most definitely do not like my new run-animation. Too 'bouncy' to say the least of it.

Ditto.

Tryker male sit is fine. Tryker male run is all girly.

Tryker males need to, uh, be more macho.

Fyros male animations are okay... personally they could use a bit more macho befitting a warrior society.

Zorai walk/run... please firmly attach their shoulders into their sockets. Less lumbering ape look please. The zorai sit captured the essence of what is supposed to be the look of a tribe of mystics.

Re: Feedback on new Race-based Animations

Overall, I don't care for the new animations. I particularly dislike the new Matis seated stance, but am grateful my run didn't change.

I certainly appreciate that we were given the ability to switch off the new animations. Thank-you so much for giving us this option. If the new animations are staying, please let this feature remain also.

Sitting and getting up is oki as a tryker.
Walking nice too.
Running *cough* must be changed.
