scenario saves, etc.

If you want to know a bit more about what it can already do, you can
also have a look at plone.org, since
it is built upon a Python/Zope/Plone technology.

Re: Ryzom Ring Website Redesigned

I don't know what the problem is, but I'm unable to open the new webpage.

Where can I open a ticket for this?

Re: Ryzom Ring Website Redesigned

The site is extremely slow to load ... I think it took ten minutes for some of it to appear, and that's not counting the pictures .

http://www.internettrafficreport.com/europe.htm

could be one of the reasons, so it might only be a temporal thing

[edit] what trini said. seems to be related to the webserver itself...reboot that thing! [/edit]

Re: Ryzom Ring Website Redesigned

I don't think so.
A telnet on port 80 works fine, and I get the response immediatly.
If you make false requests, the webserver returns error pages immediatly.

A traceroute to www.ryzom-ring.com works fine too, until you get to some jolt router.

So I bet there is an issue with the webserver.

Re: Ryzom Ring Website Redesigned

Now the site is up.

The overall impression of the site is good, sometimes is think the header section of the pages below the Presentation section is a bit too large for my taste.

Congrats to the layout

Re: Ryzom Ring Website Redesigned

It would be nice if there were progress updates every other week or something.

We used to get a letter from DCC or Jessica every other week. That would surely be nice to have for R2. Be nice to have that for the primary game as well.

Noin.
