Long lost account

Hey there,

I have played ryzom a good while back but i have a problem.

I have no recollection of what username i picked back then, i was wondering if there is a way to find this out, because if i know the name i can recover the account i think.

Anyone else had the same problem?

Okay, progress

I have digged deep into my grey mass and found out the name again, was able to log in etc.


Next problem: Error: Your account needs a proper subscription to connect (3011)

Is there any solution of fix to this or does support have to handle this (already emailed them)

(ps; I cannot log in on the forums with the old account yet i can login on the main site)

That depends on whether you intended and attempted to pay for a subscription, or are attempting to play under the new "freemium" plan.

Only trial accounts active during or since the recent patch are able to be on the new freemium non-subscription plan. (As stated in the sticky thread discussing the new free option.) So if that was your intention, time to make a new account.

Not really, i don't mind paying, problem is i don't have acces to payment option, all i can do is change my personal info...
