Suggest to just give the game a year and come back IMO.
Even though he is mainly addressing concenrs by the French community :

PS : most of the comments that I am reacting to came from the French community, but since I am addressing matters that affect everyone, and not just the French community, I am writing in English.

The tone is the same, the game today is not what he desires, but the invisioned game of the future has great promise.

I just hope they keep our characters in a closet (those that cancel now), so that a year from now we can come back and see if the game has become the greatness that it offers that it will become.

I wish Ryzom Developers the best in creating the dream, and making it a reality, see you this time next year for a recap.

Even more telling is the statement that they are reorganizing Nevrax in general. This is NEVER a good sign. You folks in software/computers over the past three or four years know exactly what I mean.

Good luck Nevrax. I'm with Zum. Seeya next year. Hey, maybe they'll have the machinegun armed dune buggies by then... LOL

There is nothing new in that letter. They don't have the subscribers they want so they are changing things around. Seems pretty logical to me.

In other news I'm actually going to E3, so I will get to see exactly what he is talking about before most of you. (and yes I am bragging)
