Re: The coming of Jena
This is sth more than ordinary rumors....balance might be destroyed between Kami/Karavan guilds...civil war on Atys will be terrible...hope our friendships will remain ...but many Homins r dedicated Jena followers.....sth is wrong here....someone trying to turn our eyes away from real danger....

That army of homins send to kill them... I believe the missions was to capture them, because they we're quite openly, spying. The chaos came when the Kami followers rushed in and decided to kill every single person in the Prime Roots. Yes I would be shouting it. Why not? Jena is a Goddess. That simple point doesn't make surprise attacks necessary. Daď-Den the big Kincher has more chance of making a surprise attack then Jena. What army would there be lying in wait? A Kami one? So they are building an army of sorts aswell and didn't tell you?! Tssk. How unthoughtfull. ![]() And yes, I'd welcome Jena. And Karavan troops to fight the Kitin. |

Looks like some lowQ matis stuff to me; if so, were all of the other guards using the same? If they were, might that kind of suggest they are based in Matis, despite holding the meeting in Fyros? |

Re: The coming of Jena
After the rumours and the discussions following on from the recent actions of the guild of Elias, all Atys waits to see what will happen next. The Kami aesthete Baijimao has already travelled the major cities bring the Kami response to the homins of our world and surely the Karavan cannot be far behind? The govenrments of our land are also reputed to be preparing statements of their position. As the revelations of the coming of Jena sink into the consciousness of our people, it will not be a quiet week in the cities of Atys...

You BELIEVE their mission was to capture the spies? Were you there? Do you know?? Quote:
I WAS there (on the WINNING side) in the second event and that's not what they were saying to us. We asked the Karavan supporters to step aside and let us through or we would fight our way through. They refused so we did and we killed them. There was no chaos from our point of view and the choice was theirs. They chose to fight not us. You're just sore because you lost mate. ![]() |

I find myself disturbed by the recent revelations about Jenna. I slept poorly last night. It's not so much that she is crossing the void for an upcoming visit to Atys with an army of conquest. Conquerors come and go after all, but rather that she is a Goddess of Death. A Jenna that can really kick around the kitins could be a good thing. But a Goddess of Death sounds a bit off-putting. I'm not opposed to death to kitins, mind you. However, a more general all-inclusive Goddess of Death sounds rather bad, don't you think? Being a Goddess of Death implies that she will want death for homins as well.
While I might have put this news down to Kami propaganda and taken it with a grain of salt, my poor lifestyles choices have given me ample motivation to seek out the Kisses of Jenna. Mind you, I do greatly relish the kisses of pretty homin girls. In contrast, the Kisses of Jenna feel like I'm kissing a bony skull and are thoroughly disgusting. So I will have to put these bony Kisses down as evidence that Jenna is, in fact, a Goddess of Death. Some say that my ethics have been characterized by a certain flexibility in the past. But I do have to say that worshipping a Goddess of Death and acting as her minion is beyond the pale, and a deathly pale it is. I am considering visiting the Kami and giving them a good listening to. At the very least, I hereby suspend all of my deliveries of choice morsels of kipee flesh to the Karavan at once! What do you think, my dear fellow Trykkers? Riveit, young Trykker apprentice |

Re: The coming of Jena
Jena has been with us for time immemorial. The Karavan have been our guardians long before any homin had ever seen a Kami demon! I do not know what threat these warnings entail, but they are not that of Jena and her true Guard. If Jena had wanted our lands or our destruction, it would have happened long ago when the Dragon tried to enslave us.
OOC: Bonus points to riveit, great post! I do wish we could vote up individual posts sometimes. |

... asked (probably demanded?) to step aside ... fight our way through ... They refused ... We killed them. In short: The Kami followers rushed in and decided to kill every single person in the Prime Roots. Hmm, that sounds so very familiair doesn't it? ![]() |

Re: The coming of Jena
FYI, on Sunday the Marshal Baijimao said...
"Jena is coming"... "a karavan surprise attack against the followers of Ma Duk".... "do not trust Elias"... Tember Clan Omnis |
