According to Xavier, the deadline was today. Whether that means we hear anything or not I don't know.

Today's activities were not going to be the kind of "XXX is going to get the game" type stuff. It was more procedural, laying out a schedule of when everything is going to happen. But with that out of the way now the momentum should pick up and get the important decisions made.

At what point are the names of the interested parties in acquiring part or whole of the company public information? I would love to hear some real names on who is interested.

Well in the latest news story on the site it's been suggested that we will be able to tell you more during the week of Dec 12th-19th. If it is all sorted out before then, we will tell you more as it is done.

As you probably know, we had an audience with the commercial court today concerning the continuation of Nevrax. The discussion was short and proceeded as expected.

There having been several serious recovery plans officially submitted, the court decided that we continue our normal activity until the time that it decides who will be the transferee of Ryzom, after having reviewed various selection criteria.

The names of the interested transferees are still secret, but we should be able to say more between the 12th and the 19th of December.
