Problems 1 Jan, 2007
First there was a two hour period when I couldn't even ping www.ryzom.com
Now I can get here, but when I try to launch I get Error: Error 10 'no mainland shard available' while trying to join a shard. I am on West Coast USA Anyone know what is going on??? |

I had similiar issues, but now that the server is 'up' I am getting
error 2: user already online, please relog I have tried to relog for the last 15 minutes with negative results. I am guessing they had a major malfunction and are still trying to get things cleared up |

Yah, I just had a look at the www.ryzom.com/news and it shows red flags next to all the servers. (0825 GMT)
I found that link in an error 10 thread halfway down the page. I guess we just have to be patient.  |

I know that I am still getting the same error 10 problem and its been like this for 3 hours so far.

Update I am sure you all probably know already.
Servers are up, I am able to log in, but when I get to my character selection screen, it says the server for that character is not available. More patience needed. |

No offence, but a response from some1 from either Jolt, Gameforge or Nevrax would be nice..... in a way this dissapoints me, i have been trying to get the game working all day, i just want to know what is the problem now..... i even posted at Jolt forum since these forums where down and there are no really active other foreums about this game..... like a emergency site with only plain text explaining whats happening would helped.......

The messages from main website homepage look badly like major DB crash or at least partly compromised server. Hoping for the former...

I believe that there are backups of the DB's... so if worst comes to pass it's couple of days timewarp, most
