Introduction

The Exodus Syndicate, in our current form, hails back three years and we know what it takes to succeed. We believe that a tight
team of eight can easily defeat thirty unorganized players...but bring thirty organized players to a battle and you will rule completely.
We base on that fact when we build our teams and our setup, using our talents and skills where they fits best. That along with
our vast experience will be the tools we bring with on the road to success.

PvP and Fun

Our background comes from PvP and PvP is what we do best. But; The Exodus Syndicate believes that games are supposed to be
fun and that´s a major platform we stand on. All our members are mature, stand-up, honest and dedicated. An ExGS member is
always welcome no matter what and we always have a great time playing together.

The Exodus Syndicate will be known as respected and outstanding PvP:ers along with being mature and dedicated players. We will
excel in areas such as:

• PvP
• Raiding
• City building and Infrastructure
• Sieging and defending Battle Keeps
• Crafting

online at the same time.

4. Dynamics. The constant presence of other classes will quickly teach the player how to best adapt to different styles of play as well
as learn the strengths and weaknesses of those classes. This system also makes it very easy for an Officer to pick a new applicant
depending on what class the team needs..

5. Practice. When practicing for PvP, teams are already set to go which means a minimum time-sink and optimal practice.

What is the ExGS?

We are The Exodus Gaming Syndicate, an experienced crowd of gamers coming from games such as MxO, SwG, WoW, GW and so on. To learn more about our presence in Ryzom, please refer to the Mission Statement above.

What does the ExGS offer that other guilds don´t?

We can only speak of our perks, not of what other guilds lack. We offer a mature environment, regardless of age. All our members are very civil and welcoming. We´re also proud to have quite a few female gamers in our guild, which is proof that we carry ourselfs with pride and dignity at all times. Our multi-gaming profile also promotes keeping your friends no matter what game you intend to play.

What signifies the ExGS´ style?

Mostly known as brutal PvP:ers, we´re a great mix of hardcore and laid back. We have members from across the world with main base during US and UK hours.



What kind of members are you looking for?

We´re looking for mature, active people with alot of heart. It doesn´t matter if this is your first, second or last MMO as long as you´re a good person who enjoy gaming. We´ve been very lucky throughout the years to find like-minded members who value what we offer and that stay through thick and thin. We´ve also been lucky in finding very skilled leaders and players.

We are a kami factioned mercenary guild. Meaning that we PvP in regular PvP as kami fighters, but we are mercenaries with our services and outpost battles.
We have experienced bosshunters, pvpers, crafters, foragers and very experienced power levelers and explorers. So all you can possibly want from a guild..

Okay everyone here on Arispotle,

Lately The Exodus Syndicate has undergone a few changes.
Especially regarding our mercenary politics.

As an update for Arispotle, here are our new politics :

Hiring and payment:

• As of now, all our services will be open for auction on the forums. I will create a special thread in the Bazar section for this.
• We no longer consider cats as our main payment, so even if we still accept them, Cats will not be considered as much payment as we have in the past.
• Now, Bossmats, Dappers and Dug Materials will be our main payment methods.

PVP Services and Policies :

Elite Soldiers:

• We are putting up special teams, all our members of each team will be listed below.
• Each team member, in outpost battles at least, will have or has been trained for a specific use.
• Our members will also come with perfect gear. This means, that our high level, finished trained fighters, are indeed valuable and skilled at what they do.
• Though all bidding will be per fighter, you will have to specify which team you want the fighters from, or if you want all the teams.
• We also accept Bid Out offers. But that must be stated as a bid out offer.

Official Protectorate:

• There will be 6 guilds that we OFFICIALLY SUPPORT.
• These supported guilds will not have to pay us to defend them.
• And they will pay only 20% of the regular price if they need us during an attack on other OPs.
• If they happen to attack each other. We will sit the battle out.
• Two kami and two karavan guilds have been decided and accepted now, as officially supported guilds.
  
• These guilds are:
  Eye of Atys - Kami - Leader: Braveganzar
  Team Spirit - Kami - Leader: Faa
  Aeden Artisans - Karavan - Leader: Pero
  OmegaV - Karavan - Leader: Uberdoyle
  
• 2 more guilds will be announced soon.

Other services :

CarePlanning Service:
Low lvl CPers, where the payment is nothing but dappers and XP.
High level CPers, that may take up to 1/3 or 1/4 of the mats as payment.

Leveling services:
Powerlevelers : Healers, nukers, meleers, DA/OAers.
In or out of team at your convenience.
Dug mats and Bossmats as payment.

Protection services:
While you dig your supreme mats. Have someone guarding you against mobs.
Dug mats as payment.

NPC bosshunts:
Special Deals only. To be negociated individually.

Not right now, no.
Right now we have ehm, 5 master diggers.... active i think...
Pelian, Vhaldir, Saraii, Myself, Shredder, Zenon, and almost nightblade i believe are masters or close to masters.



Until we have a few more, we wont have that service.
