Completion of the first camps [spoilerish]
Last night the first two camps were completed, and by now news of this has spread all over Ays, but I've yet to see any mention of it on these forums, so I shall attempt to elaborate a bit for all to see.
 The camps, Northlake and Hightowers, were instantly completed as soon as the deliveries that brought their progress bars to 100% were handed in. There's no new architecture, the camps are made of the standard towers, tents, pens etc. The overseer stays in place. The camps also come with a number of guards that function similar to town guards, protecting players in the camp from anything hostile. Even after the camp is complete, you can still do the foraging mission to provide it with materials, and the delivery mission still sends you there. So everyone can stop rushing to get Fyros faction points "while you still can".   Here are some screenshots of the crowd watching the new camp at Northlake just after it's completion.   Boen Eunix stopped by briefly to congratulate us and broadcast the news, after having already having visited us at the Fourways camp earlier that day to discuss the progress of the camps.  So, these camps are not spires, and finishing them doesn't clear the Kitin of the Depths from the region. Though we've yet to see what'll happen if all camps are finished (or whether we'll even be able to complete all camps), for now they just seem to provide a safe spot. But perhaps in the future, we'll get more events to expand them with more functions. And just as an incentive to keep building, here's three of the reward picks.  |

Now we get a huge kitin attack on these new camps and we have to defend them.
I hope... But they aren't all finished yet, still 12 of them to go. |
