YACCC - Yet another Crazy Craft Challenge

In this challenge we think of different goals and try to beat each other. Some goals are already exhausted like best overal stats or best weapons in general.

So let's think of other interesting goals, one of them was to get the worst amp ever. Worst in terms of magical stats. So the goal is:

Craft a Magic Amplifier with the 8 Magical Stats as low as possible.

Easy? Oh I don't think so. Here is my entry, good luck!

Funniest part is, I think I could beat half the server in duels using those amps if you made them quality 250.

What would be a challenge for other crafters with this item?
My idea was to beat each other, so a goal like highest or lowest would work.
But your goal is the ultimate, you got 4 maxed, what should we try to beat there?
5 max? Or finding out a recipe?

Btw the big question was if 100/100 is possible for ele and heal, for affls it is no problem.

even a rookie can max affys. max ele/heal then it would be impressive.
