with fervor - and only a little supportive addendum: I'm glad foraging wasn't mentioned in the letter - I personally really enjoy and love the changes (as they stand NOW! - NOT pre-focus return) in forage. Combat alone is unacceptable as it stands now. Everyone was right - no dam change, no HP change: What was needed: 1) dodge/etc based on highest fight/magic (like kill or fur quests) not forage or craft (now it's far worse than my fight level) 2) Fix mob resist levels (done) 3) nerf blind abuse (done so far as I can tell, not being a mage, but a former, now-useless fighter who can't take on three creatures in a row that are 50+ lower than he is) And that was ALL that needed to be done. Period. If new problems arose (as they always will) address them sensibly then. Pre-conceived notions without vast play-testing are meaningless. /resign ROARRagram PS - I almost forgot! Where are all my lovely Gold monsters!  |

Changes should be made in small incremental movements towards where the developers want the game to go. Massive, game-altering changes on a patch-by-patch basis is ruining all enjoyment of this game. It is also causing a fair number of players to leave, which is further lessening the enjoyment for those left. |
