Some of the ideas generated/discussed at the RL meeting on 11th June.
If I remember correctly ..... if not go go spirteh (correct-a-matic)
We would like more 'props' to assist in the 'Role Play' side of things: Clothing - (with stats or not, to assist in the dressing up for events etc) WE WANT HATS! Bottles and stuff - Transferable, non craft, middle ground between mission items and materials (don't have to be sellable) This would be great if they could be placed in your hand. (Remember the candy-cane fun at Xmas?) Interaction with physical objects - Yes, we know this is a big one, but the Players really do want to be able to sit on/lie on/stand on/throw stuff like chairs, etc Emotes - There is a great need for some additional emotes. Favourites include but not limited '/friendship' - Neun is looks friendly, Neun wants to be friends with everyone, Neun loves Kyrena as a friend '/Hugs' - Neun hugs himself to keep warm, Neun puts out his arms 'Want a hug?', Neun hugs Kostika (We want HUGS, HUGS are more important the OUTPOSTS [j/k]) Some ideas for 'nasty' ones too please... I can't think of any *wink* Interaction with Bar-person - Again to assist 'Role Play', but buying drinks and 'Yubo Scratchings' (tm) would be funny, maybe alcohol increases stamina and reduces focus for a limited time and food increases HPs (OMG Neun, that is almost solo friendly!) We want the Kami and the Karavan to be 'attackable' - Oh yes! Merchandise - We want Trousers, socks, underwear (we have hats and tee shirts). Oh can we have a nice line in Female medium armours (would make J a happy Fyros) Starter Isle was discussed in much detail - waits for the post on what was discussed *hint* The rest of the ideas seem kind of fuzzy, maybe the more sober attendants could add some of them *hint* *** edit *** This was one of the BIG - Don't wants! We don't want to be 'just another MMORPG' we like being different, even if it means we never have the 'mass market' appeal of games like 'WoW' etc. I don't think one person in the room disagreed with this sentiment! |

All nice things to have in the game, but unless they get wealthy and hire enough people that true content is not always late I cannot support anything but content being added...

When anyone uses word "content" he should define what he actually means. I guess that hats etc are great content for roleplayers.

The current event has brought Atys to life (IMHO). |

It really is a shame that it is so hard for the North American folks to get together. And other folks that are not in the 3 "special" countries. I know we also have a lot of Australian players, and many others.
For those that do not know. This is why it is soooo difficult. IRLconversation gets soooo much more credit than over a forum, it leads to true discussions. You do have an excellent point about 'real life voice' .... maybe you should add your comments and seek the comments of other in the IRL feedback thread.
