Can't Extract Files... =(

Hey, i'm really ready to start playing Ryzom now... but when the download finished, i go and try to extract. Then I get this error

"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

I use an extractor called WinRAR, i got it for some odd reason and now I can't seem to remove it, but that's another story.

Are there any reapair downloads or something along the lines of patches? I sure can't seem to find them.
