Firstly this is the only time I ever had a problem logging in.

I have XP SP3

I cant get Rystore or my Ryzom folder icon to get into game. I can get to the character selection screen, pick my character and the screen goes black, no error message, then I get returned to the selection screen again.

This has never happened until this evening.

Any suggestions?

I’m getting the exact same thing. Prior to that I was logged in and had a “perma Please Wait”. Had no choice but to kill the game and try to log in. Been about 20mins now and still can’t. I can however log into the french server.

I also cannot login with either of my accounts. No error message. I click the play button and it acts like it is going to load but it does not and it goes right back to the character selection screen.

I'm guessing this is happening to more than just us. I see my character, hit Play, and get to see my character again, only to hit Play and... Erg.

Edit: In case it helps, this happens with two accounts I created just last month.

Aris is down at the moment. I'm sure that they are doing everything that they can to get it up in a timely fashion.

If not, me pups and wife will be hunting them down! They are tired of hearing my solo rendition of "Turning Japanese" on me geetar for the 12th time so far!

Aye I get exactly the same result... No error, everything appears to work fine, then return to character screen - think maybe Aris is hosed up.

If you log into CEB (formerly Klients), you can get a real-time update of the server status. As of this moment, no ETA for Aris going live.

Unfortunately the server crashed earlier tonight, and while Aniro and Leanon are fine, it appears that there was an issue with Arispotle that prevented it coming back up normally.

We hope you will bear with us while we try to correct this problem.
