So, I'm coming back to this game after a few years, and I heard that it got shut down, then changed hands and brought back. Well I can log on to my account, but every time I go to try and upgrade it to a paying account, there's no option?

I tried to use the search, but I couldn't find the right key-words to get this info, what's going on with the game?

If you take a look at the stickies in the General forum, you will find information on the current state of the game. At this point, there have been various backend issues that have prevented the payment system from going live. Currently the game is free to play until those issues have been corrected. Keep an eye on the General forum for updates. For now, enjoy the free play
