You tried loading the autosave files: there are a few there which might be your old resort...

I tried the dance sequence on a same dialogue, it rocks

One speech with dance emote, two dance emote and a love emote X3 chara = 12 dialogues in same page.
You can add more NPC and set up a diff dialogue for them which make them disynchronised vs the first three for even more creative dance.

Ring rocks for me so far (after the first two day of nightmare understanding the damn little boxes lol)
