Welcome (back ?) to the living planet. Don't be affraid to talk to people, team with them, ask questions and discover whatever suits you best. My advice is : the only thing you should NEVER say on Universe channel is "Looking for a guild" but I guess you already know ? As you said, this game is full of freedom, nothing obligates you to join the first guild that helps you. You are completely free to chose whatever guild/"side" you want to be with and even change afterwards because the game mechanics allow it. And if you find out that it doesn't suit you after all, do feel free to change. If people cannot understand that you're a free homin and respect your choices... they're not worth arguing with. Don't let those silly fews stop you or spoil your fun.And no... it's not about factions... it's about freedom and respect. People shall sometimes remember that there is a human behind the homin.
