. Some text fixes for Episode 2.
. Kitin respawn times on Episode 2 have been modified from 2 mins to 10 to 15 mins depending on the Kitin type.
. Some tuning in the Kami tolerance related to Episode 2. It should not affect you anymore. This is only for Episode 2 islet.
. There is no more Desert restriction on foraging for Episode 2.
. Adjustment for  the Karavaneers, since the desert raw materials were giving an advantage to Fyros land foragers (mainly Kami followers). Kami sanctuary that is the most advanced is the reference for that action: we looked at the percentage of construction items for each part of the building (Root, Trunk, Core); we transformed a part of the Karavan Pedestal item stock to Column and Column of Justice items, to obtain the same ratio as the one on the Kami sanctuaries in Fyros land.
